I bake for my family, friends and community. I bake as a meditation and I love experimenting. Your book has been a great inspiration. I have made many of the recipes. I love to eat bread fresh out of the oven with olive oil, or with soup or with a salad.
My Work
I am in LA, and I started baking to cultivate a calm nervous system after a few very busy years over the pandemic. I only started baking bread after the pandemic. I now bake for the joy of it, the health benefits and for my community.
