- The Online Diploma in Nutrition and Digestibility of Bread – a focus on personalisation, genetics, and the gut microbiome this course enables students to understand how to bake, eat, and share bread to enhance individual and community health.

Please note that each workshop and retreat is limited to only 6 participants, ensuring a personalised experience. These spots tend to sell out quickly, so we encourage you to book early to secure your place.
