Sharing the Knowledge - BALM Personalised Recipes

To graduate students, create a recipe as their final task that is shared. The recipes represent more than culinary achievement; they actively demonstrate a deep understanding of the personalisation of bread, and the profound impact of diet on health. Each recipe submission is a personal recipe, one that has a purpose and meaning and is accompanied by references to the research that underpins the BALM theory, showcasing the evidence-based foundation of their culinary creations.
